Merry Monday 270:

Happy Monday!  ONLY ONE more week until the big day!  Are you ready?!?!

This week at Merry Monday, Kelly has some tic tac toe for us to play!
Also this is our last challenge until the new year.  We will return refreshed on January 1, 2018.

I chose die cut, twine, and green

I have been wanting to ink this puppers set up since it came out and finally got the chance!  This little guy was the reason why I purchased this stamp set as I just LOVE how he is playing with the ornaments on his back.  Just too cute.

Because I can't seem to grab the concept of shadowing with colours I just kind of do my own thing.  Hence I have shadows coming from all angles LOL.  But he is still ADORABLE!

Lots of Hogs:

Happy Sunday! The weekend is almost over but the GOOD news is that it is getting closer to Christmas! Yesterday I spent the day (and night!) in the kitchen baking. It was rather disastrous but I did the best I could LOL. Me and the kitchen just done get along. At all. This afternoon I plan to finish gift wrapping and hopefully sit down and do a little chill time before the work week starts again.

With that being said, I am almost all Christmas card-ed out. I make them for 12 months a year so it's nice to take a little break now and then.  Hence my little piggies...

I created this card with lots of layers but kept them clean for a "fresh" style.

Oh these little face - squeal!

I created my sentiment label but double cutting the tag that comes with the clear box/box wrap combo. Lastly I added a few sequins and a twine bow.

I have created this card for the following challenge:

Off I go to wrap the presents, have a great rest of your weekend.  Cheers!

Merry Monday 269:

Happy Monday!  Christmas is now on the horizon.  I have all my gifts purchased and started wrapping this weekend.  I still feel like I have lots to do, but am one step closer to the finish line =)

This week at Merry Monday, Debbie would like us to use three of the colours in the inspiration photo:

The colour combinations are endless!  I went with the lime green, navy, and hot pink.  Anything non-traditional are my favourite colours to use =)

The diamonds were not placed exactly where I was first thinking, but I accidentally dropped the green diamond full of glue.  So there is was, no going back!  Haha - perfect!!!  Speaking of these diamonds, is it just me or do I use my stash for the first time only to find out it's retired?  This happens more then I would like to admit!

December RC Blog Hop:

Good morning all - it's the eighth of the month, which means it's Reverse Confetti's DECEMBER blog hop!

It's hard to believe that in just a few short weeks Christmas will be here.

It is my most favourite time of the year.

For my card today, I created a fun card that brings together winter and how cool my friends are =)

I started with doing a simple mask of the snow friends in Midnight Ink.  I kept the buddies really simple with no colour but added some fun little paper pieced hats.

I added lots of layers.  LOTS!  Layers make me happy =)

Lastly I added a bit of Charcoal twine.
